Visit to Duru Local Business by Culinary Program Students

Burdur Gıda Tarım ve Hayvancılık MYO Culinary Program students, within the scope of the Sectoral Applications course, visited Duru Yöresel enterprise under the coordination of Lecturer Yunus Baygül. The business owner, Ms. Nazire, explained the key points of Burdur's local flavors to our students and together with our students, carried out the making of walnut paste. We thank her very much on behalf of our school and our students for her interest and sincerity shown to our students while preparing these beautiful flavors. It was an enjoyable and instructive day for our students.
